Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A refund request is raised within 2 days of delivery
Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at vandana.jain17@gmail.com with your order details and issue
- Our team will review and share return instructions
- Securely pack the item with original packaging and invoice
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by Glim India
